I don’t think I have to really tell you how easy it is to get distracted while conducting business online, especially from home. With all the tasks we have to undertake,it’s a wonder that anything gets accomplished. I thought I would take the time to share with you some of the things I do to help manage my time. 1. Create a To-Do List I usually create my list the night before, or the very first thing in the morning. I simply make a list of all the things I need to get done that day, and work my way through it until all tasks are complete.

One way to save time is to simply read the newspaper less. In fact, you might even go so far to even stop reading the newspaper altogether. The newspaper is filled with crimes and bad news that wouldn’t affect you anyway. When you read the newspaper less, not only will you save time, but you’ll feel more positive. Let’s say you spend 15 minutes a day reading the newspaper. If you were to stop reading the newspaper, you’d save about 91 hours a year.

Some wished for 36 hours each day while others just cannot figure out why they simply cannot finish what they hope to accomplish that day. If you were more observant enough, you find a small group among this people who are very contended with the hours they are given everyday. They are able to finish what they set out to do that day and yet still have spare time to do what they like to do.
But what is the difference between this two distinct group of people? How did they manage to do what most cannot accomplish even though all of them are doing the same thing? The answer is simple
